Titos power really seemed to go after the handwraps. DLH stratched Mayorga with 2 punches and Tito needed like 400.
Trinidad had good technique, speed and A LOT of leverage. Just naturally a very heavy handed fighter who was also measured with his punches
Yes. and you are a Vargas fan. This was one of B-hops psyc techniques that had no merit whatsoever. All state athletic commissions require a state officer present in the hand wrapping process. So quit making excuses for your boy Vargas.
It's pretty obvious and you said it yourself. If it took so many more punches from Tito to KO Mayorga that those from DLH, and taking into consideration that Tito hits way harder than DLH, the logical answer must be that the Mayorga that fought Tito was a totaly diferent fighter.
DLH has built his career off Post-Tito victims and bitching that he gave away the most important fight of his life. And as of right now DLH is ruining the sport of boxing by not retiring and letting the young guns build their names and legacy. DLH needs to gtfo of boxing already he is no longer needed.
Hey Jimmie, let me hit you in the head 400 times............ You don't think you're punch resistance goes down a "little" bit; OR is Oscar just this monster puncheratsch
Yes it does go down and yes Oscar is a very big puncher. A big puncher is a guy who KOs guys on the elite level and Oscar has stopped alot of quality fighters Vargas,Mayorga,Gatti,Hernendaz,Ruleas,Chavez, almost got Quartey etc. Not saying Oscar hits harder then Tito but hes defientally a great puncher when you have fought so many world champs like Oscar has and 30 of ur 38 wins are by KO thats dam impressive.
Reid yes,Blocker wasnt Tito like Blockers last important fight :huh And if I remember correctly Brown and Norris had already got to him maybe ur think of somebody else,Vargas somewhat yes but this is the same Vargas who went on to beat dam good fighters Ray Joval,Javier Castejllo and troubled SSM and DLH.
