"Casting" and having Bernard's team say you are illegally wrapping your hands are two different things, so stop trying to discredit some of these other fighters in this case Tito.

i've said it before and i'll say it again - in every sport sportsmen will take advantage if the punishment for cheating isn't going to threaten their careers.

if mandatory punishments are severe it will limit the people foolish enough to try and cheat.

look at cycling...the sport is a joke now and no-one can take the tour de france seriously. most of those guys would sell their testicles to win the tour de france just once, and the chance to do that at the risk of a 2-4 year ban when they have no chance of winning it anyway without cheating probably looks good to them.

boxing isn't a mainstream sport and if the authorities have half a brain between them they need to impose stiff minimum penalties for cheating.

unfortunately, they won't impose life bans on high profile fighters BECAUSE it's not a mainstream sport and boxing can't afford to lose it's prime assets.

money is going to take when these kinds of decisions are made.

 

I don't get the point of this thread. Tito's actions don't change the fact that Marg tried to cheat last night. They never found any plaster like substance in Tito's gloves. I can't say the same about Margo. And let's not act like Tito doesn't get bashed. He's not called Cheato Trinidad for nothing.

 

do you its only those two that cheat probably 80% of fighters have cheated one way or the other during theyre careers.

When the hell did I ever call for Margo to be banned? Anyway, my point is that regardless of what anyone else did Margo still cheated.
