I think that same uppercut that Hopkins stopped him with is the same one that Hurd would stop him with.

 

Felix Sturm had a phenomenal jab -- one of the best in all of boxing at the time -- which is what caused Oscar so much trouble. This thread/question is borderline autistic or schizophrenic. Trinidad, ODLH, and Vargas all hospitalize Hurd and end his career in highlight reel fashion. All three would KO Hurd so spectacularly and violently that Hurd's seemingly lifeless body would be front and center on some of the most fampus boxing posters of all time -- before the paramedics get to him and race him to a hospital within the golden hour to save his life.

You need heavy hitting middleweight power to dent Hurd.

@ 154 lbs Hurds weakness is a boxer not a puncher. 154lbers don't have the ammo to dent Hurd let alone Welterweights like Tito (Toto as I like to call him)

Harrison performed the best against Hurd.

If you had a guy that can run and manoeuvre Hurd for 12 rounds you have a chance. Toto's little man power gets hurt badly.

 

Man.. Tito would have gotten Harrison out in 4. I don’t think any of the current 154 last 12 with Tito. Both Charlo sisters would be flattened. Hurd’s pineapple head would be swollen bigger than water melon. Felix Trinidad is an ATG and once shared the top p4p with Roy Jones.

 

Trindad probably doesn't get Harrison out in 4. Probably doesnt even beat him tbf, would be close either way.

Trinidad isn't a physical speciman, he's a wild man and has decent speed and ferociousness

Good KO rating but needed to throw 110% to do damage against weaker blokes

That guy has no idea what he's talking about. Oscar in his prime at 154 was a problem for anyone. Ike might make Hurd quit after 10 round of putting that jackhammer jab through his face for 10 rounds.

You can do better than this surely. Trindad the ATG wrecking machine with one of the best-left hooks of all time and you put him in a fantasy match with Hurd?! F sake. I have seen it all.

 

Quite possible Hurd would be speaking fluent Chinese after this fight.
