These threads are getting interesting. Felix will ko Terry, but I would go with the hawk over felix. I am a fan of both, but Felix would get knocked out within three.
trinidad would destroy jackson with with his savage left hook and you have to be kidding terry norris beat felix:hi:
Jackson epitomizes the term punchers chance. Id be more confidant however that if he landed first Tito could come back and land something just as bad. Whereas I wouldnt be so confidant of Jackson coming back from a Tito onslaught.
Tito was good. But he was a glorified slugger. This would have been a fight for the ages. Now Jacksons chin was fairly mediocre and he could be hurt. This fight would be a case of whomever landed first! True pick em fight.
This is a great match-up. I think several thread about this fantasy match-up has already been made. My analysis will always be the same. As shown by G-man and McCallum, there are actually two ways to beat a prime Julian Jackson, ambush him the way G-man did, or outbox him the with finesse displayed by the body snatcher. The problem is Felix was not that an excellent boxer (he himself was unable to adjust and gravely troubled by better boxers DLH,Winky, B-Hop). Like in the Vargas and Joppy fights, he needs to go look for a quick fix and hope Jackson's chin fails him. The question is, will Tito be disciplined anough and not overcommit. Too many people have gotten too comfortable hitting Jackson and was suddenly looking at the ceiling. See Herol Graham. The guess here is that Tito wouldn't. I admit, despite a vulnerable chin, Tito has great recuperative powers that immediately get himself back from the brink. But the Hawk is just a phenomenal puncher that no one should afford to make a mistake. Tito is too proud to try a stick and move approach. And that means adios PR. Jackson in 5.
this could actually go either way but im still pickin tito trinidad via late round stoppage. Tito might get banged in the early stages of the fight but his great recovery and heart will somewhat speel the difference, IMO.
