Analyze who put Tito down early.

Then imagine Jackson standing there waiting for Tito to get up.

    Gotta go with prime Hawk.

Good post. I think it would last longer, but I agree with the outcome. Trinidad brimmed with confidence during his days at 154, and I think it would have shocked him to stand in the pocket and bang with a guy who clearly hit much harder than him.

McClellan could tame Jackson because he had so much power at the end of his punches, and he was a naturally bigger man than either Jackson or Trinidad. That kept Gerald out of harm's way to an extent, and in the first Jackson fight his chin also bailed him out on a few occasions.

Trinidad doesn't have those factors working in his favor, and punch for punch, I think he'd catch Trinidad and stop him.

  few have been able to rise from a punch from the Hawk .. In fact only one and effect cost him his next fight. ..

Trinidad would have left him face first .... Jackson could hit but could not take it back the way Tito would bring it ! We are talking about 154 here folks Tito was a recking machine non stop 12 rounds ...

I don't think you ever knew how good Jackson was. Tito was the same fighter with the same vulnerabilities at every stage(perhaps a better boxer early on), he was just able to utilize his strengths better in his younger days. Jackson was a similar fighter to Tito with an even bigger punch.

A puncher's chance for somene like Jackson is a VERY good chance, especially with timing and accuracy like his. Flatfoot, stiff Trinidad would be a sitting duck for a right hand.

I don't think Trinidad ever comes back from getting hurt by Jackson. He may get up, but Jackson would put him back on the canvas IMO.

Tito @ Middleweight Don't have the same power he had @ 154.
Where As Julian jackson Was Devestating With His Punch.
If he landed On Tito's Very easy to hit defense it would be Light's Out!

I'll Admit "The Hawk" Didn't have the best Of chin's..
But His Fights proved it's either Him Or You. I'll Take Julian in This One.

Jackson sure as hell had one of the sickest punches ever. But could he take what he could dish out? Many people get caught up in a boxers punch without thinking if that boxer himself could take the pain. 1 thing is for sure, Trinidad had unending stamina, and he was not just a glorified slugger...that is absurd. Trinidad was viscious his punches were insane look at him in the Reid fight. Thats the Tito I'm thinking of. This fight comes down to 1 thing, Who ever lands punches more effectively will win by KO theres no doubt about it.

Trinidad has the power to KO Jackson
Jackson has the power to KO Trinidad

I'd lean to the quicker Tito to get some ridiculous shots right on the chin.

btw I think Tito would ****ing **** Norris
