Tito was one of the purist 147lb punchers of all time. In terms of efficiency and consistent power I can't think of anyone more brutal than Tito at 147lbs. Hearn's definitely had him with that psychotic right hand of his, But I think Tito is runner up to Hearn's at least looking at overall power over the course of 12 rounds. Tito was a wrecking machine, he didn't waste a single punch and this is clearly reflected in his unending 12 round stamina. I always imagine throwing Trinidad in an older era when fights were still 15 rounds, it would have definitely suited his style so much more...Oscar may have gotten the short end of the stick against Trinidad (maybe) but I always felt that if there would have been another 3 rounds to turn that one into a 15 round fight I don't ever see golden boy lasting with the man. In fact out of the entire 90s crop of great fighters I wouldn't favor any of them in a 15 round fight over Trinidad.
