    Only seen highlights so far, looks pretty good...hopefully it's a solid opponent for him since it's part of the ppv undercard

    Verdejo is 1 of my fav fighters,i really think he is the next puerto rican super star. He looks like a young tito trinidad with better boxing, sky is the limit for this kid.

    I recall seeing Cotto as the first fight up on the undercard of some PPV a long time ago and thinking wow... Verdejo definitely seems to have a similar potential!

    Verdejo is the truth! Next PR super star. Hope that TR brings him up the right way and matures him.

    The only thing I'm not sure is his trainer...... :huh
