I really don't mind Verdejo...the hype is just ridiculous.

He gets more than Lomachenko & Inoue combined, and isn't half the prospect (IMO) either is.

Trinidad went 40-0. With excellent offensive power, timing, and sneaky positioning. No where near athletic, or special defensively. You can't master everything in boxing, but you can do specific things really well. Give the kid time. He will grow and evolve.

Who the hell is hyping him up? He has an entire island backing him up, automatically, obviously. So when you eliminate that, who is hyping him up? :huh I don't get your skepticism of obvious talent. Give it time. He will get there. Enjoy the ride. You love your prospects don't you? Well love yourself some Verdejo. :admin

That's actually not a bad point. Terence was VERY lazy defensively when taking on tomato cans...

That is what I'm saying. :nod

Let's hold off assuming he will be GOAT just because he looks flashy bashing up bums. :thumbsup

Now you are now hating what happens to you Butt you are one of the most neutral guys in Here. Check in japan if they now Verdejo and in Europe, in those places they hype those fighters way more, Why Verdejo is hyped Here because in this forum are a lot of latinos, americans and people that see Verdejo more than those guys of course you are going to see more hype Here. That's nonesense. This is a Verdejo tread started by you so fans of Verdejo will enter, but make a Inoue or Loma tread and you see fans on there, by the way loma have more hype in Here than Verdejo.

Who is hyped in Japan? Naoya Inoue? Look at what Inoue has accomplished versus what Verdejo has. Really no contest. Inoue has become virtually #1 in his division already. Has Verdejo?

I was just going to speak on this. Verdejo isn't going to show much respect or energy defensively with these bums so hes complacent to sit there and play the catch and shoot game. He is wicked with it, and gets the KO's off these counters. When he faces guys who makes him fight, well get to see his real skill set.

exactly Inoue has done a lot more just that He is not getting hype in Here because nobody see Him unless is on youtube. Verdejo is on every place because He is in America. But in Japan you will see Inoue in every channel and news. I'm a fan of jappanesse fighter they tend to fight for tittle very fast in His careers, but most of them is because in little weight are less fighters and you climb very fast, in bigger weight to much competition and talent to commit suicide.

Omar Narvaez is good but was not in His prime. I'm not comparing opposition was Inoue had and has been doing is great, He is going to be a bantam or even suer batam we He enters His prime He is a big super flyweight. Verdejo could not even manage to achieve that but maybe can surpas Him, lets see so far Inoue deserve more hype, I want a fight betweem Inoue and Loka. Those two have done great things in a few fights.
