spot on Price will never be a world champion and if he decides to step up his opposition he will get badly knocked out again. When a boxer takes a long lay off like Price did and went awol from the sport it is not a good sign. Sadly he crumbles in the ring. Suppose he could get a fight with Chosora low risk
His not. He said on twitter its very unlikely. Said Price needs a decent win first for it too make sense.
Exactly. That's called building the fight. Obviously he can't come out and say "I really want to match AJ with David Price more than anyone." He wouldn't be so openly shameless. You gotta come from the other angle. Remember when Haye fought Harrison. He started out by saying "there's no way I'm fighting Harrison." It's hard to say what Hearn would class as a "decent win" for Price. Maybe Charles Martin gets a call for another trip to the UK. None of us could argue with that.
So you are on here giving it large about a sparring session from 2011. 2011, a year before Joshua even won his Olympic Gold and Price had been a professional for two years. Price is just doing a "Haye", Price is trying to talk himself in to an undeserved title shot instead of earning one. Price has only beat a security guard since his KO loss to Teper, yes that man is a security guard, Price needs to do far more in my opinion to deserve a title shot and a decent pay day.
No interest in this fight. Haye is an ex World Champ and has a decent fanbase and name recognition...like it or loathe it itt prob means he gets to skip the queue.. Price has probably the worst chin in boxing. His last ko loss...the fella was on roids but it wasn't a huge shot and he was completely laid out... get him to fight Dillian Whyte instead...
That teper ko looked like the same KO punch that tommy morrison knocked out many people with. Always remember a punch you can't see coming.....
