Is it really that much? Tommy Hearns for example put on 20 lbs in 3 years in the 1980s. Whilst weight draining at lower weights was undoubtedly was a factor, it still was a much higher percentage of his body weight than Joshua.
Everything is a force.. you can't use some of the boxing training without a "weight" attached to it like a head harness.. That's why the "body" or torso can lift more in flat bench press.. some Olympic weightlifters look fat FFS.. He's referring to the Bench Press for bodybuilding.. You can lift more that way.. Olympic weight lifters only have strength the one direction.. or the one lift..
