Femi says he doesn't lift weights

    Is it really that much? Tommy Hearns for example put on 20 lbs in 3 years in the 1980s. Whilst weight draining at lower weights was undoubtedly was a factor, it still was a much higher percentage of his body weight than Joshua.

    Everything is a force.. you can't use some of the boxing training without a "weight" attached to it like a head harness..

    That's why the "body" or torso can lift more in flat bench press.. some Olympic weightlifters look fat FFS..

    He's referring to the Bench Press for bodybuilding..

    You can lift more that way.. Olympic weight lifters only have strength the one direction.. or the one lift..

    The guy on the left.. is a strongman.. who is nearly identical to a "bodybuilder".

    But.. he can't beat the guy on the right.. in his favored sport.

    AJ is clearly worried about something to claim he doesn't lift weights how else has he suddenly put on 20lbs of lean muscle in his pro career?

    To be fair to AJ he has put on at least 20lbs of ego since the Olympics.
