    Briggs was real good.
I had him losing the second fight with Adamek, but i scored hard too.
When i watched it, esp after the kd in the 2nd i knew he lost the fight from there, he did not throw enough imo.
He should have just pressed more but didnt.

If Green tried to box at all he wold be out of the fight already imo.

Yeah I agree, Danny would have to just let his brawling instinct take over, jump all over Kessler...that would be his best chance

Come on teke. We all know the only reason you're propping Green up is because it makes Mundine look better. If it weren't for your love affair with Mosley, you'd probably say that Shannon Taylor would have beat him in a rematch.

Green V Kessler would be a very easy fight to predict, yet somehow I'm not surprised that you'd be tipping the other way.
What is your tipping record now anyway? 1-16238?!

I think Green possessed the necessary intimidation factor to put Kessler off his game and beat him.

He certainly had the power to make him think about coming straight in at him and to be cautious.

I was waiting for a dickhead to mention Mundine...enter a nuthugger :deal

    Styles make fights brother.

Kessler is no invincible animal, all the fighters Kessler fought Green basically bashed them easier bar the Beyer rematch :deal

    Yeah i agree.

Green doesnt have the fine boxing skills to outbox Kess but he does have the good aggression.

Shiner's the type of guy that'd try to steal Green's sweat towel and whack off to it.

Who else besides Lucas was there?
And comparing Kesslers victory over Lucas to Greens is like comparing Mundines victory over Thornberry to Calzaghes.
It doesn't really mean much, does it?

And for the last time, lost that homo avatar!

Kessler does seem to want to quickly get on the back foot when someone engages with him. But I just think he's got too much tools for Green. A better, quicker jab, more fluid, better at throwing in combinations. I think he has the options and ability to change his gameplan if things arent working out for him too, whereas Green has struggled to pull off a plan B during his fights.

I'm not taking the **** either, or trying to wind anyone up when I say that he'd probably win every round too, I just think thats how it's turn out. I said the same thing to Freddy Wak before he fought Andrade too.

I don't think Calzaghe has ruined Kessler. Although he hasn't been fighting big names since his fight with Joe, he's still looked convincing in the fights he's fought.

I've always thought Briggsy could over-power Greeny late in the fight if they got it on prime for prime. Agree with pecks re Kessler.

Kessler would run rings around green and show him up for the one dimensional fighter he is. Greens aggressive style would fall beautifully into kesslers game plan. Look no further than the beyer rematch & mandy fight to know how limited green was. He got owned by both & didn't have a clue how to change the course of both fights. He was a 1-2 man plain & simple. Briggs in his prime would of wiped the floor with him as well. Greens biggest win was lucas, next was daylight..............maybe I should mention his winning world title fight but what a farce of a fight that was. Green was a good fighter but far from great.

Mundine was brought up by the Mundine fans much earlier in the thread. As much as I think Mundine would beat Green any day of the week I think Green would have a better chance against many of the opponents mentioned purely because of Mundine's psychological issues.

I honestly don't see Mundine beating most of the guys in that list because I don't think in his heart (despite all the posturing) he really believes he can. It's a pity of course because of his sublime athleticism and skill.
