sorry bout the spelling but i was watching a thing on tv bout him talking bout the last robinson-lamotta fight and he claimed lamotta was drinking during the fight in his corner between rounds and was actually drunk while fighting the great srr.any truth to this?
I doubt so much stuff ferdie says im begining to question if he was ever a real doctor. He was proved right about Ali's health but even a broken clock is right twice a day. It wouldnt suprice me if he was an unregistered quack.
I think he meant to say he was drunk while watching that fight, just as he was drunk during most of the fights he called for Showtime.
