Fernando Guerrerro would kill Andy Lee

Don't hope so... one boxer dead, the other in jail.

Guerrero is obviously flawed, but Lee even more... Guess Fernando would take it, but it would probably be competitive.

 

Guerrero should call out Andy Lee for sure. Andy Lee is also his number 1 contender for his NABF belt.

 

I think Ishe Smith would also.

 

I think both are flawed fighters. However i still see Lee beating Guerrero. Dont ask me why i just dont see much in Guerrero. Lee just proved he has heart along with power. Its gonna be hard to count him out from now on.

 

Saturday night was the first time I had ever seen Andy lee in action.. He showed a lot of heart, stayed focus and did what he had to do when the right moment came. I wish him the best, but feel that he takes too many shots. McEwan was a good fighter, but also relatively green and light hitter at that.. A more seasoned fighter with a bigger punch and better chin, would have finished Lee in my opinion.

On a sidenote, i felt somewhat sorry for McEwan... he fought a great fight, almost all evening and lost in the worst fashion at the end.. I hope he comes back from this..

I think Guerrero would beat Lee but it would be a good and competitive fight. Lee showed Saturday that he just won't roll over and he would make it competitive with Guerrero. Actually, I'd like to see this fight.

 

Yes, Guerrero would beat the hell outta Lee... and Guerrero isnt even that good. Lee is just very shitty.

As much as I think James Kirkland is overrated, Kirkland would put both Lee and Guerrero in body bags.

 

Something isn't translating for Lee from the gym to the fight night. He may not be mentally tough enough to fight his fight with the lights on.

 

The sonuvabitch is just too stiff. Zero head, or body movement, and zero fluidity.

Guerrero doesnt hit as hard as Lee, but he's by far more skilled and more fluid, and presents less of a target.

But like I said, Guerrero is nothing special himself.

 

Andy Lee is Guerreros number 1 contender for his NABF belt , make it happen on HBO boxing after dark, would be one fun fight and would tidy up the middle weight contenders a little.

 

I do think FG would win but he's been dropped a couple times already against guys who hit nowhere as hard as Lee.
