I think Mijares dominates him personally, Montiel stylistically does not like slick guys, even though he's good enough himself to overcome stylistic oddity's and make effective changes. Mijares' constant jab would be the tale of the fight and depending on how hard Mijares fights(all out against Arce, relaxed against Munoz), would be a big difference on the official result.

Mijares has the ability to stop Montiel, had the ability to stop Munoz but just didn't go for the kill.
