Both big punchers, one with an akward style and one with good technique, who wins this one???

Montiel NNEDS to get up for fights; I think he would against Vic and would catch an overconfident Darchinyan and then punish him.

People will similar firepower seem to put Darchinyan off. Montiel might just be the best puncher in the division, or maybe 2nd behind Vic.

Whilst the sweet science that could've unfolded in the Mijares-Montiel fight (plus Montiel's powwer) would've been amazing, like Abraham-Pavlik this fight seems less attractive for now.

Montiel-Darchinyan could be a classic fight.

I made a thread about this 4 days ago... vic got more punching power slightly, and montiel got better chin. Bombs away is all i can say.

I'll give Montiel the edge in the fight for now, but something tells me Vic's going to win this.. Does anyone know what the scorecards were from Montiel's fight over the weekend?

    WTF?:patsch

    He outclassed his opponent.

Montiel won every round making Rosas look bad missing entire combinations that hit nothing but air and outlanding him through the whole fight.

I thought Montiel looked very good even when his opponent was bigger, more durable, and stronger.
