30 is the approx. age testosterone begins to diminish resulting in muscle loss and fat gain. Not to mention decrease in sex drive and general motivation for life. You can expect to become semi-suicidal in your 30s-40s and have a mid life crisis. Or you can get yourself some hormone replacement therapy and let your doctor prescribe you steroids. This will reverse aging to a degree and keep you keeping your wife happy.

it's common knowledge that your metabolism slows down as you age but my point is that you DON'T have to get fat. Like I said, diet, staying active, proportions, and exercise. You said "welcome to your 40's dumbasses" like you automatically get fat as you age. Come on bruh, don't be a ****ing moron. Because you look like Samo Hung doesn't mean everyone has to. I'm 32 and I'm about 10 lbs off my target weight. I can easily be 40 pounds overweight if I let myself go but I eat right and at least exercise an hour a day. Don't give that bull**** excuse welcome to your 40's. Because you're fat and pathetic doesn't mean everyone else has to be.

 

Well, this guy isn't fighting anymore and he'll be 40 in less than a year I think. I wouldn't call him fat.
