    You have him on you FB kirk? Hes dropped down to around 180 and is always talking bout the gym/working out.

    Nah I dont have him as a friend on Fb I dont think Anarci.... But I know hes been hitting the gym for awhile, though him being 180 I doubt seriously, I think he might be exaggerating a bit there :lol:

    But even if hes down to high 180's, thats damn good considering where he was. Im glad.

    A friend of mine sparred with him recently and he told me that Vargas could make middleweight.

    I do and all you hear from him is how he had porridge and berries to eat and is off for a run.I hope that if he does come back he makes enough money to get out while his health is ok.

    Weight is not really the problem, Vargas can get himself in the best shape he wants, and it wont matter a whole lot, IMO. Regardless, its nice to see him in shape.

    I would even add Lemieux to that list Anarci! However, conservatively speaking your absolutely right! he beats them and would match up well with Kirkland

    Motivation=NEEDS money

    No more no less. He's been retired for a time already, I doubt he truly feels he can be a contender again. He just needs cashflow. Same story, retired fighter has to come back because of money woes
