Fernando Vargas looks to fight again soon, & eventually fight Chavez Jr.

Why would anyone want to see Vargas come back again. He is already slurring when he speaks. Also in the photo, he may look in good shape but that does not mean he should fight. Vargas proved he was a warrior years ago.

 

No, he won't. In a recent intereview, he slurred his speech more than James Toney and kept scratching his face very much like heroin addicts do, which implies heavy neurological damage. In addition to the damage he took in fights, he got fat and that's another beating for the body, even if he slims down again.

 

What kind of shape is Vargas in? At one stage he was weighing over 200lbs, which is madness! He also has Thyroid trouble, meaning its harder for him to lose weight than the average person.
