1, Ricky Hatton has had a great career whether over or not. In reality, whats so sad about his career? He has a great record with only 2 losses coming to the 2 arguable p4p kings. He also has 1 win against a fighter, kotya tzuyu, who at the time was THE P4P king, so Hatton has nothing to feel bad about.

2, Bob Arum says that Pacquiao's next opponent will be Miguel Cotto if all works out against Joshua Clottey. I dont know how to feel about this fight. I am a huge Cotto fan but all bias's aside, he may be too big for Pacman, period. Cotto is also a VERY VERY well schooled boxer who was able to keep up with shane mosley and zab judah, two VERY fast and powerful fighters. Cotto is also no Ricky Hatton, he has excellent defense these days and of course the powerful left hooks. But, as always with boxing, and most recently, anything can happen.

3, boxing is slowly coming back and i like it.

Last night was GREAT for Boxing! The return of PBF, the possibility of a PBF-Pac fight (should he get passed JMM which is another great fight) just great.

Hatton had a very good career he can retire and be proud of.

Arum is a fool if he matches Pac wit Cotto should he beat Clottey.

Boxing was never on the wane, despite what MMA dumbasses might say.
