I tend to agree with Makeover Man. Prime Shane was much faster than he is now, particularly in head movement and blocking punches. No way Shane of a few years ago gets hit with that many jabs from Cotto, IMO.
I hear what you are saying. It's worth noting, though, that Cotto wouldn't have employed the same plan against peak Sugar. I agree that Cotto employing that plan would have got his head handed to him. I had Cotto winning a very tight one. I thought it was a clear victory though, I have no concerns about the verdict.
I think that too. But acht well, is only speculation. I had the fight a draw actually, but I could see a win for Cotto more than a win for Mosley. I thought Sugar lost half a step in his footwork and alot of the handspeed he once had. Cotto was alot alot better than I thought he was going to be.
