I have found since Setanta ended I am glued to every second of the 2 hours whereas before I may not have bothered about some of the undercard fights because I had other channel for my boxing fix Now 2 hours from 10.00pm on a Friday is my TV highlight of the week
yeh I sky+ it and fast forward most, the cards have been dire. Setanta cards were made intresting by the fan interaction. Everyone new Captain Huck was not that great and we wenrt watching world class boxing, but they made him into this crazy character and we all text in crazy match ups. The 2 hour sky show drags, i fall asleep before the end. the setanta shows would be a 6am goign for 4 hours id still be watching.
i watch every single fight on it when i watch it. boxing is boxing and any fight can be good and you can learn alot from even journymen
I watch the fights, but it doesn't help when you don't get any evenly matched fights on the undercards, and the majority of main events are like this also, for example the recent Cleverly and Brook fights.
If I'm in I'll watch but I'm not that arsed it I miss most of them. They've been pretty dire recently.
Maloney blows hot and cold one show will look like a top notch brit card the next will be laughable like this one
