    You're actually right, my bad... He was ranked in 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 for a total of 10 consecutive years.. Then he was rated later in both 1996 and 1997 for a grand total of 12 years.
