Another Robbery! Steve Heremia Almost Knocked Out Ryan Waters At Least 5 Times And Still Came Up Short With A Unanimous Decision. Home Decision Again! What A Joke! That Steve Bloke Is A Great Prospect. Unbelievable Power. I Think He Needs To Step Down To Welter To Be A Big Threat Internationally.
Steve wasnt consistent enough with his work ethic imo.... he fought in flurries and they were to few and far apart to win the fight... i gave him 4 rounds.... when he wasnt letting his hands go he didnt do enough to win... Ryan controlled the ring and the pace of the fight every round with the exception of the few times he was hurt..... If Steve had been a bit more offensive minded the result could have been different
I spoke to someone who was there & yes it was a close fight, but he felt Ryan edged it slightly hence why the scores were in his favour.
i agree mate. there were rounds when steve rocked waters badly which the ref should of stepped in to give an 8 count. it happened at least in 4 of the 12 rounds. those rounds should of been scored a 10-8 round to steve. and also in the 11th and 12th round steve won those round easily so how the hell can a ref give ryan the score 118-110. steve definately won more rounds than the 11th and 12th.
Out of curiosity were u helping Steve's team out or apart of their entourage.:think Sounds like a biast opinion & i have heard 3 other accounts of the fight. All 3 people saying that Ryan Waters edged the close fight.
Did the Forsyth vs Funaki and Hunt vs Nadu fights go ahead?? Haven't seen any results listed for those two.
No neither took place. Hunt vs Nadu was called off because Nadu came in overweight & Hunt's team refused all late replacement opponents. Forsyth's match was called off a couple weeks back now.
