That´s a rare statement. We don´t hear that often over here in good ol germany.
As far as I´m concernd there are beautiful women all around the world.
But Froch´s mum is a little terrier. I wouldn´t say it in his face though.
In the fight recap it looked once again like Dirrell should have won the fight.
Maybe a draw would have been the best solution for that messy fight.

abraham is a funny dude too. i think that dirrell will lose bad against aa, because he is mentally weak. ward is a great boxer besides his headbutting, he doesn't even need it...

Oh no Hopkins is much worse. Y'all are blowing this headbutting thing way out of proportion. What about when Holyfield was ramming the hell out of Tyson? I don't hear that brought up in every thread about Holyfield yet every Ward thread someone wants to bring up headbutts:-(. Hell yeah they are wrong but cmon he was kicking Kessler's ass all night.

 

My thoughts exactly and I have noticed this as well. Somebody brings up Ward "Oh well, **** him he is a billy goat. He's a cheater." Somebody brings up Hopkins "Oh, Hopkins is great he is a ****ing pro, I just got done sucking his **** right now great great fighter."

I'm not saying it's right, but we got tons of hypocrites on here.

 

:good Exactly and this is coming from someone who like Hopkins. I like him as a fighter but he is a shoe in for P4P dirtiest boxer. The man headbutts, hits while holding, and sometimes throws lowblows. Great fighter but is not scared to break the law.

 

He was winning the fight, and cut him from punches too, but as soon as he saw that blood he was leaning with his head. Hopkins, did that when he fought Winky over and over. Ward, saw blood and went after it with his head.

 

Compare Ward's headbutts to Hopkin's and you will truly see how intentional Hopkin's headbutts are. Ward didn't seem to do them intentionally but I wouldn't be surprised. I just hate when people talk about the headbutts like that's the only reason Ward won. Where's all the Froch hate when he used just about every tactic in the dirty book on Dirrell? So by peoples standards it's okay when Froch cheats but not okay when Ward cheats?

 

My friend, the only difference between a cheater/dirty fighter and a savvy, wily veteran is whether or not the person giving the label is a fan of the fighter in question or not.

I can't hold it against guys like Ward, Holyfield, or Hopkins because if they're not penalized, or at least warned, I wouldn't expect them to quit on their own volition. It'd be nice if they didn't headbutt like a ram in mating season, but on the same token, I would never say that's the main reason they won the fights they did. Certainly didn't hurt their chances, though. :thumbsup

 

Just admitting the faults of a fighter that I like. The world would be a better place if more people did that. LOL at "Certainly didn't hurt their chances". Much love dude
