You have made your point. You have tried to give a scientific explanation along the lines of some glue mixing with gauze to create a cast like substance. How about sending your "theory" to the Myth Busters program. I think it could make for an interesting show. Personally I tend to believe the effect your talking about is real but minute and certainly not even close to effects caused by headbutting. Ward was lucky the ref didn't call his ass out in the Kessler-Ward fight.
