It wasn't as good as the rest. But I did like how they pulled no punches with the Dirrell situation. And I'm beginning to like Ward more and more now, he's a classy guy.
My favorites are pretty clearly mapped out. November 6th: I want Green to be KTFO by Johnson. November 27th: I want Froch to be KTFO by Abraham and Bika to be KTFO by Ward (I know that's extremely unlikely and will settle for a shutout UD) Then in the Semi-Finals we would have: Ward vs. Johnson (most likely) - Ward UD is both my hope and prediction (I don't have any faith in Johnson winning the trophy and don't want the old man to face a big puncher like Froch or Abraham). Abraham vs. Froch II - Abraham KO is both my hope and prediction for the immediate rematch as well. Then in the championship match between Ward and Abraham - may the best man win in a true classic (then go on to unify with Bute). :thumbsup
Froch and AA will have consecutive fights if, they both come 2nd and 3rd. Ward will be defo 1st. So if Froch beat AA, they will have consecutive fights IB's scenario:- Will lead to Semi Final 1: Ward vs Froch Semi Final 2: AA vs Johnson
They're not officially scheduled to, but it's what makes the most sense. According to Episode 8 of Fight Camp 360, the following are true: - The winner of Green-Johnson automatically advances to the semi-finals regardless of the method of victory. - The loser of Green-Johnson does not advance. - Ward vs. Bika is for the WBA title but is a non-tournament bout (meaning Bika is not a replacement for Dirrell; and can not advance to the semi-finals even if he beats Ward for the WBA title). So the semifinals are going to be: Andre Ward (automatically in the SF no matter what happens in November - will enter with 4 points having won both his tournament bouts). Carl Froch (automatically in the SF no matter what happens in November - currently has 2 points for his victory over Dirrell). Arthur Abraham (automatically in the SF no matter what happens in November - currently has 3 points for his victory over Taylor). Winner of Green-Johnson (automatically in the SF) Ward will most likely remain the top seed since he never lost in the tournament (the Bika fight is a non-tournament bout, so it won't count either for or against him in terms of points). The winner of Green-Johnson will only have 2 or 3 points under the original tournament rules - which could tie them with the loser of Froch-Abraham but that person would have tournament seniority on them. The winner of Green-Johnson is logically going to be the #4 seed and up against Andre Ward (the #1). This theory is substantiated by Green saying he wants to get by Johnson so he can "get revenge on Ward". That leaves Froch and Abraham as the #2 and #3 seeds - meaning no matter how their first fight goes they will be seeded for an immediate rematch in the semi-finals.
Nah man, Bika should give Ward some of his own medicine. No ifs and butts, may the harder head win! Lol. Can't argue with the Froch sentiments though, he's a geniune *******, but AA has his hands full, for some reason Crotch is petty underrated around here. Arthur was cool as always, but he's dead wrong on Dirrell's acting skills, they are terrible. The whole Dirrell segment was like watching a really bad B-movie. They couldn't stop stuttering when the Showtime team touched on the nasty subject and it looked like they came up with the answers on the fly, which is strange considering they had all the time to prepare with the answers. Here's my fair solution for Dirrell. Let an independent doctor examine his neurological state, do some tests and write down the results. And here's the trick: the doc shouldn't decide whether Dirrell is healthy or not but should examine Andre again when he's coming back and only allow him to fight if his tests IMPROVE. If they not, Dirrell is either damaged for good or was lying, either way, he should not be allowed to fight unless he shows improvements. Fair but firm.
