Nice one. :good It would have been better if they just made this Abraham/Froch fight the semi-final. It's just pro-longing it too much for my liking. Ah well, can't complain with Abraham/Froch x2. It would be even better Abraham beats the **** out of him x2 as well. That'd be a real treat.
As of the beginning of October, he weighed 177lbs and looked good. He'll be fine. :good After the S6 Glen should definitely bow out of the sport (it will be on a high note even if he is defeated in the semis, if he's coming off a recent KO win over Green). He's just slowed down too much. He's still capable of eking out the odd good performance now and then but he isn't consistent enough to hang around much longer: he looked bad in the Dawson rematch, and then pretty good against Cloud. Even the slow and crappy version from the Dawson rematch should be able to stop Green, who's just consistently shitty.
Glen Johnson has a legitimate chance against anyone in this tournament. Hes fought at a higher level than any of the other fighters for a longer time. If he is strong at 168, i think we could see him in the finals. Either way, I think most versions of him beat Green.
Oh ****, i read "he's dead wrong on Dirrell's BOXING skills, they are terrible" atsch My bad. OK Thanks everybody :hi:
I loved it when King Arthur said: "Carl Froch better has a clear head on November 27. If not, I will take it off.” How I'd love to see that that!
I believe if AA knocks out Froch he will get 3 points and be the #1 seed which would put him in-line for a fight with the Green-Johnson winner.
I disagree. They wouldn't penalize Ward for his opponent in Group Stage 3 dropping out due to neurological injury. He can't help that they're making his November fight a non-tournament bout. He's stuck at 4 points, but being undefeated he should remain the top seed. It would be BULL**** if Abraham was able to pass him despite Abraham having a loss in the tournament (and I like AA).
Boring. I just watched it now. 24/7 just took over. I mean really, now it's just the same old boring stuff. If Froch leaves the tournament, then I doubt I'll even bother watching it because it'll be too boring listening to how Ward feels about himself. And I was one to say 360 dominates 24/7 only a short while ago.
