November 27th: I want Froch to be KTFO by Abraham and Bika to be KTFO by Ward (I know that's extremely unlikely and will settle for a shutout UD)

Then in the Semi-Finals we would have:

Ward vs. Johnson (most likely) - Ward UD is both my hope and prediction (I don't have any faith in Johnson winning the trophy and don't want the old man to face a big puncher like Froch or Abraham).

Abraham vs. Froch II - Abraham KO is both my hope and prediction for the immediate rematch as well.

Then in the championship match between Ward and Abraham - may the best man win in a true classic (then go on to unify with Bute). :thumbsup

However - the most Abraham can earn against Froch is 3 points (with a knockout).

Combined with the 3 he already has, that puts him at 6 - tied with Ward.

Why would Abraham be the top seed in that case?

Ward would be 3-0 with six points, while Abraham would be 2-1 with six points. Ward would still make more sense as #1 seed based on that. :think

So really (if my hunch is correct), Abraham and Froch are fighting for the prestige of being #2 instead of #3 - which won't affect the semi-final match-ups at all.

Sorry for the late response.

This is the thing IB, If your hunch is correct AA knocks out Froch, that leaves Froch with 2 points tied with the Green/Johnson winner if that fighter wins by UD. If the Green/Johnson winner wins by Kayo they would have 3 points and be seeded 3rd. So The chance of Froch - Abraham 2 is not that clear unless Froch wins.
