I dont think I’ve watched a women’s boxing match ever and thought “this is a good fight” or “she’s a good fighter, I’d love to see more of her”.

They where great fights.

 

You should’ve watched Courtenay v Bridges. One of the most entertaining fights I’ve seen in the last year.

 

They were both horrendous so it was entertaining in the same way watching 2 birds fight after school would be.

 

Savannah Marshall is the one I'll go out of my way to watch. The rest are a bit of a hard sell but then sometimes you get some unexpected crackers.

Off topic but see this Sandy Ryan making her debut, kitted out in a tracksuit with that initials logo that so many fighters have on their kit now. Does this annoy anyone else that so many novice pros have all this fancy gear when they are yet to do anything meaningful in the pros? I get the need to self promote but it has the feel that some of them act like they've already made it. Maybe I'm just being hyper critical....

 

They must do half their first purse on snazzy fight gear.

I'd be surprised if it does 150k. It is a trade show with no house hold names. I'm looking forward to it as I like a Saturday with a bit of boxing but cant see many casuals tuning in
