Fight Camp officially Announced at 2pm

OK, I'm irrational, I know, but I'm losing it with Hearn and Benn, I think I'm ill.

I'll have one last rant about this crap and move on, so let me rant, let me get it off my chest and I'll go to another thread and annoy the people there with my whining insanity.


Anyway, watched Boxing Social interview with Hearn, fair play to Rob, asked why Conor Benn wasn't fighting Avanesyan, reminded Hearn if Kelly had won it would have been Kelly Vs Benn so it's a natural fight to make.

Superb stuff from Rob, Hearn without any hint of shame says "I don think Conor is ready for Avanesyan, Avanesyan is probably an ELITE welterweight".. Errr yeah he is very good but "elite"?

Well, if Kelly had beaten Avanesyan wouldn't he be an "elite welterweight" and Hearn would have stuck Benn in with Kelly.. So straight from Hearns mouth "one of the biggest stars in British Boxing" and PPV fighter Conor Benn isn't ready for Avanesyan.

Then says, Benn wanted Avanesyan.. DO ONE.. Eddie we all saw Benn beat Vargas and instantly call out Amir Khan FFS! He didn't call out Avanesyan.. oh and apparently Benn needs one more fight then they will look to make Avanesyan. I'll believe that when I see it.

Then Hearn mentions Marku, now this annoys me even more, typical "blocking" from Hearn, we've seen all this with Whyte and a few others in many ways.. when Hearn signed Marku he said he is well supported by the crazy Albanian Army and he wanted to make Benn Vs Marku.. but, anyway Marku Vs Prodan

Marku 8-0-1 (6 KO), Prodan 19-0-1 (15 KO).. Hearn apparently thinks very highly of Prodan so he lobs Marku in with him but wouldn't stick Marku in with Benn who is 18-0 because apparently Marku needed more fights.

To put this in to some perspective, I know, It's boxrec, but relax... anyway...

Granados is ranked 67th, Benn 20th

Prodan is ranked 74th, Marku 110th.

Can any of you see the craphousery here? The absolute cobblers Hearn is talking? The stunts he is pulling?

If Hearn thinks so highly of Prodan why not make Benn Vs Prodan?

Stick Benn in with an unbeaten fighter who can punch a bit? I thought on DAZN we were getting the highest quality, really good fights, genuine 50/50 matches we couldn't make before because of the money? Have I missed the point?

But Nope.. he lobs Marku in that fight and sticks Benn in with a fighter that's is worn and chewed up, an old "name" who has old "names" on his record.


It's all smoke and mirrors with Benn and Hearn is doing to Marku a very similar thing he did with Whyte, Callum Johnson when there was talk of Buatsi, even Luis Ortiz way back when there were calls for him to fight AJ and he was regarded as dangerous,

Hearn throws bodies in the way of any fighter who has genuine potential to beat one of his "favourites" and throws bodies in the way of fights that the British boxing fans want to see, he deflects and changes the subject, he does this over and over again.




Rant Over........ I think, well, I promised I'd move on, Oh FfS I'll move on now.. I'll have to find a way to let this go.. maybe therapy, I'll look in to it.

Who does Benn think he is, Hearn dropping Khan and Brooks name again yesterday.

750 a ticket, if it comes with food, drink and a night stop over then fair enough, otherwise its a disgrace

 

Eddie is his own worst enemy at times. On the face of it it’s 3 decent Saturday fight night cards headlined with good fights. The problem is he’s tried to sell us a dream and it’s going to be unreal and we can now do this and that. People think they’re going to get PPV cards every week, clearly not.

Really looking forward to Buatsi - Bolotniks. It’s make or break time for him.

 

Can u imagine Benn Vs Ava next when Benn comes through his next fight.
If Ed is been sincere then he must have some kind of deathwish for Conor. Will be intrigued to see how Hearn go's back on his word cos he'd be real stupid to put him in with Ava within 2 fights

You're lucky Hearn didn't put David Price on fight camp.. that would have tipped me right over the edge, I'd have gone ROGUE.

OMG I would have smashed up the lounge and spray painted the walls, ran in to the British forum and took a dump right in the middle of the floor and took a leak against the door then sprinted in to the General forum and and started slinging punches...

All before being rugby tackled by Mr Serge and punched senseless by Mr CST.

It would have been a sight though, I would have gone out in a blaze of glory... and with a beating.
