You here about it happening especially in the 40's and 50's with Lamotta and other fighters but what about recently? I remember Don King and Bob Arum being invested by the F.B.I. a fews years ago but whatever it was it was swept under the rug. Have there been any recent allegations?

you don't here of fighters throwing fights but, recently on fnf there was a dude in chicago that took a light punch make a defencive move to his left then took a knee and waited out a ten count. it was obvious enough for the isac to pull his license to fight there. i don't know if the fix was in or if he just quit on his own. up to that point it looked like he could win the fight or at least give the former olympian he was fighting fits. also, in todays boxing, it seems more likly to see a paid off judge. like in holyfield vs valuev, on my card holy won all but rnd 7. somehow they found a way for him to lose. the wba said they would investigate, set up a panel gave them 6 weeks to review 36minutes of boxing, then disappeared and even sold the domain name of there web site!! so, setups or no, there is still plenty of corruption to keep us fans pissed off!!

I don't know if there are fight fixes but there are tons of fighters who throw fights themselves. For instace Rahman-Mario Crawley.
