    You sound like boxing_master now :think, I highly doubt that Roach is trying to "mind game" Floyd into a slug fest. Roach is human, he probably had an optimistic mind state one day, and a pessimistic one the next. But I did notice that he sounded more confident after the fight was signed as opposed to before, so it's possible. There's 2 ways to look at it: 1) he attempted to bait Floyd into the fight by making it sound like they couldn't win or 2) he just wants to look confident since it is signed otherwise he's basically admitting defeat.

    They all do this. Mayweather says he saw a change in Pacquiao, they say "he admits to cherry picking Pacquiao". Roach says "Floyd's legs are gone, we have a better chance of beating him now", they say "he's playing mind games".

    He doesn't sound confident at all.

    He said for over a half decade how this would be an easy fit and that manny will knock out Floyd cold.

    Now he's saying this is the biggest and toughest fight of mannys career and Freddie's own training career.

    People talk like tough guys when there's no signature on the dotted lines. Now the fight is a go,and roach is taking a more pragmatic approach with the things he's saying, almost a complete 180 from everything he used to say for the better part of 5 years. I don't think he wants to add any more fuel to the fire at this juncture.

    I'm sorry but I don't pay any attention to your posts. You have to be one of the sickest people on this forum by a Wide margin. Your incessant obsession with Mayweather for the past couple years is one of the unhealthiest things I've ever witnessed on the Internet.

    I'm just glad you're not making any more hypothetical threads about Mayweather ducking manny. That chapter is closed.

    On a side note I'm actually a huge fan of manny's but id like to see him lose just so a few posters such as yourself can become obsolete and disappear from this forum.

    I'm not playing any mind games here, just giving my 2 cents. I think you're out of your mind and I seriously question you being employed, let alone being a CPA.

    Because Freddie said for YEARS that Pacquiao would have KO'd Floyd. Now he's changing his tune because the fight's been made? Freddie knows the best chance Pac has to win is if Floyd doesn't spend the night running and pot shotting.

    Boxing is 99% mental. Why do you think Floyd talks so much ****? Why do you think fighters mean mug and shove each other at the weigh in when they KNOW they ain't risking their purse for no 30 second fight.

    Why do you think Freddie keeps saying Floyd's legs are gone when they are OBVIOUSLY NOT?

    :lol::lol::rofl:rofl:patsch

    If Floyd elects to stand and trade, he loses and most likely gets stopped.

    If Floyd runs and pot shots, he most like cruises to a decision.

    Duh?

    Call it what you want, you don't truly believe Pacquiao can win.

    Freddie Roach has always felt Mayweather was a harder fight 5 years ago. Truth is, he's right.

    I like this fight because of the clash of style. One man's strength is the other's weakness, and vice versa. Whoever imposes their fight wins.
