No way should this be put on mayweather. This aint all his fault. The Pacman camp are coming with some BS excuses to why they wont do the test.

who is "they". if you mean the Police or Federal agents, then the answer is yes - they would equate to the Nevada Boxing Commission.

if its some crack-head and his son, the answer is no - why would i legitimize any unfounded statement from such people and lower myself to that level. anyone who is innocent and with some pride will do the same in my opinion.

i for one would not let myself get singled-out by anyone, especially if i had done nothing wrong. neither will Pac and his people. they don't owe Floyd anything.

Edit: and just like link2296 said, bad example on lie detectors ;-)

if this fight really falls through cause pac refuses the tests, i think his career is over... and he is just trying to rescue his political career... cause if he tests positive, his political career is over too....

remember guys, this guy had problems with morales, marquez and won a decision against barrera ar 130.. and now he knocks out the top guys of 140 and 147???? i found it suspicious all the time

and taking this fight is excactly what mayweather has been doing his whole career... trying to duck difficult fights and looking for fighters who are popular and make a lot of money, but can be beaten by floyd... just like gatti, oscar, hatton....

its not just the mayweathers anymore, this is becoming mainstream news and in the court of public opinion refusal to take the test might as well be an admission of guilt, so no pac doesnt owe floyd anything, but i think he owes it to the fans, and the integrity of the sport to ensure that this is a clean fight to the best of his capabilities

How is that garbage? Pac's camp can assume he MIGHT come in over the weight limit. After all, it seems that floyd thinks he could just get away with everything and not give a flying **** about making weight.

    SEE : JMM FIGHT!!

While all this doping allegations was based purely on the assumption of a carckhead, floyd's own father

again, they are not refusing testing. they just want it on a certain time before the fight and anytime after the fight. i don't see that as refusing.

how is his career over? you kidding me? he doesn't have to rescue his political career...it hasn't even started, although when it does he will be successful, i am sure.

those fights were years ago and they were in much lower weights...and these guys were hall of famers on those weight classes. how is this different from fighting the top in 140 and 147? he stil lhad to train hard and improve to beat these guys. "remember" Pac wasn't as good before than he is today.

the guy had to train harder to get better. it's not like the guy did nothing and just starting beating top fighters. let's be fair here.

no youre wrong, the doping allegations are based on the world that we live in, sorry but in todays world anytime any athlete accomplishes what is seemed to be impossible, there are gonna be questions, there isnt a single elite athlete alive that peolpe havent had doubts about, and the refusal of a drug test is just gonna make the spotlight brighter

First, Manny agreed to have his blood tested 30 days before the fight and after the fight. He also agreed with random urine analysis. Question, are these enough? For the ******s who don't understand what they're talking about, here's a little lecture about blood sampling:

"WADA’s new blood profiling sampling process implemented December 2009 requires samples before and after so that they can establish for EPO while testing for HGH on elite athletes. This doesn’t need to be done days before a fight to get the same results. 30 days is sufficient and compare/benchmark this blood bio profile before to the after. Like checking for tampering in a way. Elite athletes will be using a bio passport where their intial reading are compared to reading after performance. This is generally seen as the latest and most advanced method of anti doping testing.

All boxers in the history of the 4 sanctioning bodies have never had to take the WADA test. Urine tests have been generally accepted as the mainstay of the the drug testing business in boxing. The blood profiling is aimed more at EPO (short for erythropoietin) for sports such as the Tour de France, marathons and triathlons. EPO is not traditionally used to enhance performance in combat sports."

What Manny agreed with is really sufficient enough. Why is Floyd asking for more? And does Manny have to dance with every tune the Mayweathers play? Hell, NO! Is this a mind-game from Mayweather camp to mess Pac or a way out for Floyd? I think it's the later.

Pac agreed to give blood sample on the last press con promoting the fight and then right after the fight. According to Roach they also agreed to be randomly blood tested up to one week before the fight. Here lies the problem, Roach did not get a guarantee that blood wouldn't be drawn from Pac less than 3-4 days before the fight. They've already agreed to give a sample right after the fight.
And, Pacquiao also agreed to have his urine collected at any time.

    Now, who's being unreasonable?

My argument is pacman's camp have every right to not do the test what I dont like is the excuse. Taking blood a 4 days before the fight will not effect Pacman's performance.
If u dont wanna do the test fine. Dont use such weak excuses though.
