Fight night rehydration weights

    Many times on Friday at the weigh ins, the fighters are 140, 147, 150, 151, or whatever their weights are supposed to be. How really can someone put on 15 + lbs. overnight? Is that really even possible, or is that somewhat exaggerated for the general public/fans?

    fighters are dehydrated at weigh ins (reason for the cut physique). Water makes up more than half of your body weight .. its easy putting on 10 lbs after a weigh in
