Tyson v. Douglas was certainly the upset of the decade, but I do not think it qualifies as "Fight of the Decade" as it was not a titanic strugggle like Castillo Corrales, etc.

yes, Gatti/Ward 1 was better. Corrales/Castillo wasn't that good until the middle to end. Gatti/Ward was great the entire fight.

    • 50s: Archie Moore-Yvon Durelle 1
    • 60s: ??
    • 70s: Muhammad Ali-Joe Frazier 3
    • 80s: ?? Matthew Saad Muhammad-Yaqui Lopez 2 is up there. Bobby Chacon's 4th fight with Bazooka Limon and rematch with Cornelius Boza Edwards is up there too. So is the first Aaron Pryor-Alexis Arguello fight.
    • 90s: Michael Carbajal-Humberto Gonzalez 1. This is a tough choice, I'm actually not so sure about this one.
    • 00s: Diego Corrales-Jose Luis Castillo 1

    My all-time list:

    1. Diego Corrales-Jose Luis Castillo 1
    2. Muhammad Ali-Joe Frazier 3
    3 (tie). Matthew Saad Muhammad-Marvin Johnson 1 and Archie Moore-Yvon Durelle 1
