I think MAB/Morales 1 has as much claim as any other fight in history.

What fights are clearly better in your opinion?

Gatti/Ward 1 wouldn't make my top 30 fights of all time.

Corrales/Castillo 1 comes in at three on my list.

Hagler/Hearns is one of the most overrated fight in history if you ask me. One epic round, and the rest was okay but not on par.

I think there are fights that people could rate ahead of Morales/Barrera 1, fights like Arguello/Pryor 1 or Lopez/Saad 2, but Hagler/Hearns aint one of them.

Oh my :rofl so one great round of action and two one sided rounds are better than twelve rounds of brutal give and take action :nut

You said the most overrated fight ever was Duran-Leonard I when I was waxing lyrical about how great it was. :huh

I think you just like arguing! :D

I agree with you though that Barrera-Morales I stands up to anything. It has the skills and the thrills of one of the elite fights of history. The only thing that counts against it is that the wrong man had his arm raised at the end.

Coming from you that's freaking hilarious. You're the most argumentative fella on the whole board.

Both Leonard/Duran 1 and Hagler/Hearns 1 are both overrated fights in my book, and I've never said or implied otherwise.

Considering you view me as a Barrera hugger (I'm actually just a fan though), it's testament to just how unmissable the fight is that I can watch it over and over and not be bitter about the result.

    I have trouble seeing how Corrales/Castillo 1 isn't unanimous.
