Thanks to all who have and are participating in this series. I am hoping that each week we can relive a fight from the past that occurred during that same week in history. I won't pick a fight that has happened until it was at least 10 years ago in order to make it more classic focused, and I am trying to strike a fair balance between weight divisions and years to get a balanced representation of both. I am also not going to repeat fighters during the same year, with the exception that if they won/lost the first fight they must have the opposite result in the 2nd one (example Frazier beat Ali, so if either guy repeats it will need to be a Frazier loss or Ali victory) to remove any unintentional bias or agenda.
