Think about it. Mosley looked extremely old in his last fight, sure he was fighting Mayweather but come on, Floyd isn't that good? He wants to make up for his performance that night.

Sergio Mora? Who? Exactly. Mora isn't exactly a spring chicken himself at 29 in the boxing world. He hasn't really made a name for himself, sure he beat Forrest but Forrest was no Easter egg himself. Mora needs this win if he wants the big money.

2010 fight of the year. Plenty of knockdowns, blood, and one broken nose.

I Agree it will be better than people think
    shane always comes to rumble
mora is not shy ,has heart, aggression and whle not a power puncher
throws fast combos and stands his ground when drawn into a fight !

This match up only makes sense by taking into account that Sergio Mora holds that win over Vernon Forrest (RIP) who held those two wins over Shane Mosley. It makes sense as a bounce back fight for Mosley and will give Mora a chance to perform on the big stage. I never thought I would see Sergio Mora even in the audience to fight Shane Mosley much less in the ring to fight Shane. I never would have thought about it until Mora beat Forest. In doing so he showed that he has the goods to fight anyone. If Mosley secures the win which I say he does emphatically - he notches a win over another fighter that beat The Viper (RIP) and helps him gain some closure as well. They both like to fight enough that it will make for exciting exchanges at times. Also Mosley tests the waters at a higher weight again. He could be eying a fight with Sergio Martinez further down the road.

I know its just sparring but Mora was schooled by Margarito.

    I would rather see Mosley/Clottey.

It is a turd of a fight! I'd be suprised if it does 100K in PPV buys!

I would much rather have seen Mosley v Berto!

Now that there will be relaxed testing Mosely can go back to the fountain of youth. Mora is drained at 154.
