Those were just about the words I was going to type when I saw this thread (though it's a repeat of a thread I started). Vargas's movement was smoother than Thurman's, and Salido was craftier and sharper on the inside than Porter. Yes a PBC network TV fight actually exceeded expectations and can be a boost for boxing, but if Vargas and Salido were American welterweights and fought on network TV it would be getting more love.

Sorry for the repeat! Do you have a link to the original?

Vargas vs Salido was more intense. The clinching and back pedaling in Porter/Thurman prevents it from clinching the top spot.

Both great to watch but Salido-Vargas for me less technical but I love a good slugfest and thought Porter won against Thurman. Depends on what you like I guess.

Thurman Porter by a distance. More explosive, more intense, less attritional.

I'd have Kalenga vs Dorticos above Salido Vargas too.

Both were good fights but Salido-Vargas was a far more entertaining fight in my opinion.
