I enjoyed that one, but, summat was missing for me - Barrera looked so flat.

Cotto - Judah probably best so far i'd have to say. De La Hoya - Mayweather was a great tactical fight that the half-boxing educated eye could appreciate.

    1. Barrera vs. Marquez is my pick - it had everything (a tactical battle for the ages, great action, and high drama)
    2. Marquez vs. Vazquez I
    3. Cotto vs. Judah
    4. Katsidis vs. Earl
    5. Pavlik vs. Miranda
    6. Bell vs. Mormeck II

Ding - Nwodo, a lot of times fighters that aren't "world class" get overlooked. This one was exciting.

    2nd............... Dirrell/Stevens:rasta

Mormeck-Bell II would of been FOTY if not for Open Scoring!! When Mormeck found out he had won the fight by the 9th round, he just cruised the last 4 rounds which ruined the fight. But the first 8 rounds were great. Pavlik-Miranda was a bit too one-sided to be FOTY, I'd give it to Marquez-Barrera.
