Fight Strategy. Canelo vs GGG 3

I'm not sure what else GGG can do. He outboxed Clenelo going forward and got robbed. He outboxed Clenelo going backwards and got robbed.

Laterally? Diagonally?

 

He should press behind a lot of jabs to keep Alvarez occupied, bang to the body with straight rights and right hooks to avoid getting countered as much, pace himself until later in the fight, and then open up more. If nothing really works, he should just try and wear Alvarez down with attrition.

Bivol had great success with a real sneaky straight body jab and I think that contributed a fair bit to Canelo's tank depleting by the mid rounds - obviously exarcebated by Canelo neglecting his jab and only throwing power hooks!

 

Actually winning GGG'S title by robbery then making him wait 4 years for a rematch is setting a bad example for the kids. As a matter of fact, it just might make them dislike gingers, which would just be plain wrong.

 

Has to be at least 10 - 2, 9 - 3 went cut it.

 

That's what I think, nobody believes Golovkin can win a decision so I think he needs to come out strong behind his jab and apply pressure to get Canelo to exchange and maybe hurt him early. If it goes like the last 2 he can't win
