let's settle this. who wins? [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QJGg52f6LV0"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QJGg52f6LV0[/ame] Vs. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1lyT1iohFEo"]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1lyT1iohFEo[/ame]
DeMarco is a tough one since surviving 9 rounds against Valero and slashing poor Linares face all ova but Broner is really 100% pure boxing know-how material. Broner stops him.
Very interesting fight. We should find out how much power Broner has as DeMarco has a reasonably good chin. If it holds up Broner can still outbox him (being a far better technician) but DeMarco could cause problems down the stretch. This will answer more questions about Broner than DeMarco (unless he can spark him early) but I'm leaning towards a decision victory for Broner but i'm in no way writing DeMarco off. I'm still not convinced on broner, I though he lost to Quintero (which was a while ago)( but he has improved since then and I though he lost to De Leon (who is the only boxer he has fought I rate as a real world class operator).
Great fight for both guys @this stage in their career's. DeMarco will give Broner everything he has & will not go down without a REAL fight. Broner should be the favorite early but DeMarco won't tire down the stretch. This could be Broner's breakout or bust fight. I'm picking DeMarco by SD. (Yeah I know it's a HBO/GBP production)
Fun Fact: The first guy to get hurt/buzzed will be knocked out. Both Broner & DeMarco are excellent finishers when they smell "blood"
DeMarco can take a good shot and is always in good condition for the distance. He is skilled and strong enough to give Broner a few scares, but ultimately will not catch him enough to convince the judges. Broner is too fast and has legs that can keep moving for 12 rounds. I don't know what kind of power Broner can hit with at 135. I'm thinking DeMarco will get out boxed and outlanded for 12. Hope for a clean fight.
