    Which fight were you so confident of a particular result going into the fight, but it ended the total opposite of how you thought it would go...

    For me, I would say Hatton vs. Floyd. I thought Hatton had the style to rough up May and the workrate to take a decision if it went there... We saw how that turned out...

    What was your prediction :D ?

    I didn´t saw Fury to do so good against Wlad. A little competitive yes, but Wlad was just horrible that night.....

    I can happily say Naz v MAB.So glad he lost but I predicted Prince beating him badly !

    I saw the "Foreman vs Norton" Title Fight on Closed Circuit in Houston sitting with a bunch of Foreman supporters.

    Ali was doing the "color" on the Televised fight, with comments like "Box him Kenny, Box him Kenny", but also at some point, described that the Zaire Fight had been signed with the fighters getting $5 miilion each.
    When Foreman blasts out Norton, the Foreman Supporters start saying "Ali, don't go near George now!"

    So I believed them, moved to Dallas, and the next thing I know I am sitting in SMU (university) Moody Coliseum watching on Closed Circuit, Ali k.o. Foreman.

    Lewis - Rahman for sure.

    I was confident that Lennox destroys Rahman just like he destroyed Botha.

    To remind you, at that time Lewis just destroyed Grant and Botha and dominated Tua.

    Rahman was recently KTFO'd by Oleg Maskaev, and Oleg Maskaev just suffered two back-to-back brutal KO losses to Kirk Johnson and Lance Whitaker.

    I didn't think Rahman was top-10 fighter and that he deserved that title shot.

    Lewis looked unbeatable at that time, and Rahman looked very beatable.

    I was shocked that Lewis predicted KO 4-5 win, I thought it would last 2 rounds.

    Hedgemon Lewis - John Stracey
    Armando Muniz - Carlo Palomino I
    Victor Galindez - Mike Rossman I
    Ruben Castillo - Juan LaPorte
    Donald Curry - Rene Jacquot
    John Conteh - Mate Parlov
    Bennie Briscoe - Rodrigo Valdes II
    Ronnie Shields - Tsuyoshi Hamada
    Rodolfo Gonzalez - Ishimatsu Suzuki I & II
    Ken Buchanan - Ishimatsu Suzuki (clearly I didn't think much of Suzuki)

    It probably hurt worse if you were a fan of the losing fighter.

    All it takes is 1 punch sometimes.
    Rahman was pretty good, he just gassed alot or otherwise lost his mojo late in fights and didnt have that much craftyness because he started boxing so late.
    But he had natural strength and punching power

    Never imagined that Manny Pacquiao would beat Oscar, thought it was a **** take. On top of that I never imagined he could be successfull at welter even if he won.

    Al, I was wrong so many times on that guy. Traditionally, a fighter's punch really doesn't travel well moving up in weight. A number of times I said that he pushed the envelope one time too many, but always managed to surprise me.
