Floyd for now. If Pac beats DLH he will pass Hopkins in my book and be dead even with Floyd who doesn't want to defend his P4P title.

    1. floyd mayweather jr
    2. manny pacquiao
    3. bernard hopkins

if hopkins beats pavlik and pacquiao gets some big wins at 135, they could pass mayweather.

Hopkins. Only because he took on all comers does he have a few losses. And all of his losses are very debatable. PBF did duck his way to a perfect record. If he had fought guys like Margarito, Williams, Mosley, and Cotto, would he have a perfect record? Possibly. Possibly not. The point here is that he never pushed himself and challenged himself. Hopkins did. He lost a few. Big deal. They were against the best.

I understand that most people will NATURALLY pick PBF just because he was so skilled and had the 0 but i'll go with the workmanlike Hopkins.
