Hopkins- Tito, Oscar, Winky, Tarver, Pavlik, 2 fights with Taylor he could've easily gotten both decisions same as the Calzaghe fight.

Mayweather, Pacquiao, Morales, Barrera, Marquez, Hopkins etc etc etc..... they all have good wins on their record, great wins in some cases but the 1 thing that separates Mayweather from every one of them - other than being unbeaten & other than being a legit 5 weight champion - is the simple fact that he is a better boxer than each & every one of them... it really is that simple, there is no rocket science here guys.

Pac just fought at 147, and he plans to continue fighting. Why dont you tell him to fight the best at 147?

I vote for anybody who boxes a whole 10 years in the sport. For me it would be either Pac or Bernard Hopkins or JMM.

It's funny, before Pacquiao fought DLH, even though I was rooting for Pacquiao and happy he won, I sort of dreaded it because I figured it'd lead to a Mayweather-Pacquiao fight, which I didn't want to see. I figured Floyd would beat Pac's ass badly. Now I still think Pac loses, but I think he has a better chance that I originally though. I think it's a fight that must happen. It can help clear up the Fighter of the Decade argument. It would be a huge event for the good of the sport. Make it happen!

    Nah, not for me.

Hopkins is a terrific boxer, one that has picked up every little trick going along the way, he is a master at taking away other fighters strengths but Mayweather is a better technician while being every bit as smart at coming with the correct gameplan to solve his opponents styles & probably even better at adapting mid-fight if things arent going well.

P4P, FMJ is faster & probably has more pop in his single punches too.
Both have great feet but Floyds are quicker & are more usefull at getting him out of harms way.
Id give punching accuracy to Floyd aswell tho Hops is strong in this department also.

If both were the same weight, Id back Mayweather but we can only go on what they achieved at their own weights & I think FMJ accomplished more, personally.
