So what is my comment about Donaire losing to a weight class higher than his usual class relevant to the discussion or not? If you say yes, then you admit you made the reading mistake by calling my previous argument invalid to this debate, if you no then you'll look like a lying casual.
Mayweather is not close to being good enough this decade to be included in the conversation. Utter madness.
Pac fought Clottey in 2010, that is the relevant year, lol, of course you would try to put the discussion at 2008 when Williams was still a WW, lol you are the only one changing the subject here to sooth your argument better. Also Clottey won at least 5, arguably 6 or 7 against Cotto (KD being a huge part of why Cotto won), while Collazo won 2 rounds at most against Mosely. So your argument of Clottey not faring any better against Mosely was based on? Also Pac is a completely different beast during those times, even Cotto, Hatton, DLH and Mosely barely won any rounds combined, in their 4 matches against Pac, so that not really a strong argument.
Is the weight class relevant or not? Of course you change the subject, to avoid admitting you made a mistake. Just stop replying already, you are just too stubborn. Its ok to admit you made a mistake, I though being older would have made someone more secure about themsleves, clearly that was not the case for you.
Let's not forget Shawn Porter. He may have losses there, but he's a hell of a fighter and has proved it again and again. Weird shout I know, probably not No. 1, but he's worthy of a mention.
So Collazo who has been truly dominated by Mosely has a case to be rank higher than Clottey, who lost a competitive split decision against the guy who beat Mosely because you believe, in your own hypothetical match up that Mosely would do the same to Clottey, thanks for your wise insight.
So, that is the only way to judge how good a fighter is then, good to know. Micheal Spinks is a better HW than Wladimir Klitchko because undefeated Larry Holmes is way better than anyone Klitch fought.
I already did, cant you read? Clottey was competitive against Cotto and has the Judah win, what has Collazo done at WW to deserve a hiher ranking than Clottey? BTW, I'm not the one creating new threads, ranting about you and I'm not the one who is too stubborn to admit they made a mistake so lets not even talk about who is being childish here.
Do you ever get tired of these? You like to say things and forget you ever said them. Saying PERHAPS Collazo accomplsihed more in that time frame means he has a case of being rank higher at WW than Clottey, that why I asked you prove that case, jeez, you are too defensive if your feelings are hurt stop replying. Collazo was robbed in the same way Clottey was robbed, it was a close fight and Hatton was a JWW, he wasn't a succesfull WW like Margarito and Cotto were. Clottey fought 2 successfull WW in a competitive match, Collazo fought a succesfull JWW in a competitive match and got whooped by a similar successful WW (to the ones Clottey fought). He also got beat Berto (in a close match) who turn out be a hype job and not the next WW star some people were expecting (dont get me wrong I like Berto, but he was just an ok champ).
You are the only one whose bringing up lies here, I've been providing links and quoting your exact post whenever you decide to back track from your original claims. Except as I pointed out in my previous comment, Cotto and Margarito were sucesfull WW, Hatton has done virtually nothing in that division prior to fighting Collazo, he was a JWW. When Collazo fought a true, elite WW, similar to the 2 Clottey fought in Shane Mosely, he was outclassed. Remember these whole discussion was about your insistance that Clottey was ranked as a fringe top 10 WW, losing a close fight against Hatton, who was a JWW (albeit a very succesull one) wouldn't have done wonders for Collazo's rankings.
I don't like Canelo much but in being gifted v GGG he was gifted fighter of the decade in the process, sadly
