    hard to say exactly but i would not exclude

    Mayweather- wins over De La hoya, Hatton
    pavlik- 2 huge ko wins over Taylor and Miranda
    Israel Vasquez- what a comeback win in a classic FOTY candidate against Marquez

    Mayweathers wins were over a semi-retired boxer- part time promoter past his prime, and a huge underdog that only the most delusional wishful thinkers gave a chance to. Pavlick, came out of obscurity to knock out a feared puncher, and won an undisputed title from a top ten p4p, undefeated world champion who was favored to win. Pavlicks fights were more exciting as well.
    Pavlick should be Fighter of the Year.
