If Ward finishes the year well beating Froch he's the man.

Hopkins if he beats Dawson, or Ward if he beats Froch.
    Those are most likely.

As for those picking Froch, be realistic, you all probably picked Haye over Klitschko too, and how did that pan out

Ward most likely with an unblemished record and winner of Super 6.
For me though. Pac-Man for only the second guy ever knocking down iron chinned Mosely and making him look like a scared child. Then the first guy ever to stop the warrior Marquez would top it off.

Froch or Ward should get it.

I agree with pretty much all of that and yeah I just found out Donaire resgined so he could very well get it this year

Right now it has to be Hopkins.

I think the winner of Ward-Froch will move into high consideration, and deservedly so. I see a lot of people talking about Ward as if Froch has no chanch. I agree he's the underdog, but let's not totally count him out. And if he wins, he's also up there for Fighter of the Year, without question.

Donaire too if he can get another fight this year and look good.

But again, right now it's B-Hops, and will stay that way if he beats Dawson.

Edit: I forgot the possibility, slim though it may be, of Ortiz. With the year he's had, closing out by beating Mayweather would vault him to the top, but it'd still be hard to argue against a record-breaking 46-year old beating guys naturally bigger and stronger than he is.

Its quite easy to say really. IF Ortiz beats Floyd or IF JMM beats Pac, either one will be the fighter of the year. Whoever beats the 2 best boxers on the planet gets it for me.

I think it should be the winner of Froch vs Ward, but if B-Hop got it I wouldn't argue. Did I really see someone say Pac? Hahaha beating the ghost of Mosley and the blown up version of JMM does not get you fighter of the year. And someone said Floyd too? WTF, Im a huge Floyd fan, but one win over Ortiz this year would not get him that award.
