Fighter or Boxer

I dont think anyone likes Mayweather anymore... Hes a joke now...

 

I like both but tend to favor boxers for my love of the sweet science.

 

Easy. Some people appreciate great footwork, counter-punching, defense and ring-generalship the art of hitting and not getting hit. It's extremely difficult to do at its highest level and beautiful to watch.

 

I like smart Boxers. Hopkins, Mayweather, guys that will figure the opponent out and execute their plan.

 

For me, it depends on the individual rather than the style, I like both boxers & fighters or guys like Morales that can do both at a high level.

If I had to choose Id choose boxer, the man in my avater was poetry in motion, that sort of boxer I could watch for a whole week straight.

I tend to break in down into several categories.

Slick boxer
boxer-puncher
counter puncher
stalker
brawler
defensive minded

There are all fun to watch if they are good at what they do.

I like the sluggers who are willing to walk through the fire to land their own punches. That's not to say, however, that I cannot appreciate watching a good fight between skilled boxers. If I had to choose though I'd go with the former. Lucky for me, there are all types of fighters.

 

These are the things I admire.

Edit: At the same time I appreciate a good war as well sometimes.
