Thats legendary? I did that when I was 20. BTW 100 pushups and situps every day is two sets of 50 pushups/situps in a day. And it gets easier over time, it's only extremely difficult when you first start doing it.

Professional athletes should not balloon up in weight, it shows a sort of unprofessionalism that isn't tolerated in other sports.

    Did Evander use steroids?

Some of these individuals seem like they'd be over training if anyone else tried to do it. Holyfield okay maybe he wasn't on steroids, but whats the verdict on overtraining?

well i guess it goes down to how you are when it comes to exercising, you got some fighters (like ricky hatton) that can eat like a pig and drink beer than when the fight is coming up he starts tarining like an animal, and than you got other fighters that just like exercising and get like an hour of exercising in each day and than when training comes they do the training camp

Chris Arreola and James Toney make sure to hit every fast food joint once a day. Wait, they do that anyways.
